LDS Missionary Movies

LDS missionary movies could include:

• Movies about LDS missionaries
• Movies created by the LDS church for the purpose of proselytizing and educating new converts

Two important films in the LDS missionary movies category are Legacy and The Testaments of One Fold and One Shepard.  These LDS missionary movies were made to teach and proselytize LDS doctrine.  Until recently, Testaments was shown daily in the Legacy Theatre in Salt Lake City, but has since been replaced by an LDS missionary movie entitled Joseph Smith: Prophet of the Restoration.

LDS missionary movies continue to be produced for both entertainment and teaching purposes.
